Senior Account Manager
As Senior Account Manager at Tevis Insurance Solutions, Yara Bistrain brings more than 12 years of industry experience to her position. In this capacity, she serves as the main point of contact for benefit issues for employer groups and assists employee benefits brokers with marketing, customer service, negotiation of benefits and rates in addition to working specifically with her client’s on billing and escalated service issues. Prior to joining Tevis, Yara served as an Account Manager at Hillenbrand Insurance and InterWest Insurance Services respectively.
In addition to her work, Yara spends her leisure time running, swimming, bicycling as well as other athletic activities such as hiking, biking, and yoga. She has competed in over 30 triathlons in the Northern California area over the past 10 years and many more running races. Yara is originally from the Sacramento area. She graduated from Center High School in 1996 and obtained a degree in Communication Studies from Sierra College. She currently lives in Roseville.
